At Stitch and Ember, we take pride in creating high-quality kitchen wear that looks good, feels great and stands up to the demand of hospitality life. We want you to love your purchase-but if something isnt quite right, we're here to help.
- Returns
We accept returns 25 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In its original packaging with tags and wrapping still attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt)
Exchanges
If you have ordered the wrong size or colour, we're happy to help arrange and exchange in 25 days of delivery. Subject to stock availability.
Refunds
We pride ourselves on attention to detail. If you receive a item that is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us on stitchandember@outlook.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can to arrange a replacement or refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, well notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless deemed otherwise by us.
We would recommend using a tracking service, as Stitch and Ember cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
